Independent Contractor – Commission Only – Recruiters

PAC GROUP LLC is seeking experienced and non-experienced, self-driven Recruiters & Business Development Consultants to join our network as 1099 independent contractors. This role supports commercial, government, and nonprofit recruiting engagements on a 100% commission-only basis.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place qualified candidates
• Develop new client relationships and identify staffing opportunities
• Manage client and candidate relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Support full-cycle recruiting for contract and direct-hire roles
• Collaborate on workforce growth and staffing strategy initiatives
• Deliver high-quality talent aligned with the client’s business needs

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, and/or business development preferred
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable operating as an independent contractor in a commission-only role
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

Compensation

• 100% commission (uncapped)
