Patrick Cardichon

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PAC Group LLC, established in 2018, with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning operations, logistics, administration, business strategy, military manpower, human resources, executive search and recruiting, and commercial and investment banking.

In addition to leading PAC Group, he serves as an advisor and board member to several businesses, providing strategic guidance grounded in mission-focused leadership and business growth.

A retired U.S. Marine, he earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Bridgeport.

Frederick Anderson

A U.S. Marine Corps Officer, he built a career defined by leadership and operational excellence.

After leaving the Marine Corps, he founded and scaled a contracting firm from four employees to a 255-person operation supporting the Pentagon, delivering mission-critical results for the Marine Corps Installations Command and Logistics Division.

Following his retirement, he joined PAC Group LLC’s Advisory Board, bringing proven growth expertise, disciplined execution, and strategic guidance to help strengthen outcomes for our clients.
